INTRODUCTION
At CITYROW, we have the utmost respect for your privacy. CITYROW Interactive, LLC, the owner and operator of the Services, as defined herein, and owner of the digital content associated therewith, (CITYROW Interactive, LLC is also referred to in this Agreement as “CRI,” “we,” or “us”). The parent company of CRI is CITYROW Holdings, Inc.(which is also referred to herein, individually or collectively with CRI, as “CITYROW”), has adopted this Privacy Policy (i) to supplement and be a part of our Terms of Service.) in recognition of your need for appropriate protection and management of your personally identifiable information while using our websites, applications, or the CITYROW™ service, and (ii) in order to let you know how we treat the information that we collect from you online and offline, the kinds of information we may collect, how that information is used, with whom we share it and how you can opt-out of a use or correct or change such information.
Your use of this website, our application and the CITYROW™ service is subject to this Privacy Policy. Therefore, it is important that you fully understand the conditions of our collection and use of such information. SCOPE
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that is collected in the course of our business, including via the CITYROW™ website, CITYROW™ application or CITYROW™ service, the interfaces on Devices connected to CITYROW rowing equipment and through our social media accounts, blogs, e-commerce sites, CITYROW™ studios, and other online or offline offerings (together with any and all future online and offline offerings operated by or on behalf of CRI, the “Services”).
TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personally Identifiable Information. During your visit, we may collect data that you provide to us voluntarily that may include some or all of the following types of information:

financial information required to complete purchases of equipment, merchandise, or subscriptions, such as credit card numbers or other information authorizing payment or credit terms;

user performance data, including information such as your fitness performance history, statistics, data log, or data you may enter related to your personal fitness performance;
other customer information, such as information you may provide when requesting information about our Services, visiting CITYROW™ fitness studios or franchise locations, registration for promotions or loyalty programs, opt-ins to receive communications over email or text messaging, participation in surveys, posting on our social media sites or blogs, requesting to receive customer or technical support, or otherwise communicating with us;
automatic data collection, where we may collect certain information automatically through our Services or other methods of web analysis, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising identifiers, MAC address, IMEI, Advertiser ID, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your computer or device when you access the Internet, browser type and language, geo-location information, hardware type, operating system, Internet service provider, pages that you visit before and after using the Services, the date and time of your visit, the amount of time you spend on each page, information about the links you click and pages you view within the Services, and other actions taken through use of the Services such as preferences.
Information from Other Sources. We may receive information about you from other sources, including through third-party services and organizations, to supplement information provided by you. For example, if you access our Services through a third-party application, such as the Apple App Store or social media site such as Instagram, we may collect information about you from that third-party application that you have made public via your privacy settings. Information we collect through such third-parties may include your name, user identification number/user name, location, sex, birth date, email, profile picture and your contacts on the third-party site. This supplemental information allows us to verify information that you have provided to us and to enhance our ability to provide you with information about our business, products and Services.

The information we collect from you may be used for our internal business purposes, such as:
fulfillment of product or service orders, management of subscription accounts, response to questions, information requests or customer service inquiries, or registration for promotions or events;

services via our App or your Devices, designed to be compatible and used on third party devices, such as mobile phones, smart TVs, and tablets, where collect certain information that your Device sends when you use such Services, like a device identifier, user settings, location information, carrier and the operating system of your device, or other tools;
business transfers. As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other businesses or services. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets, but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless the customer consents otherwise). In the event that CITYROW, CRI, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information would be one of the transferred assets.
We do not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your personally identifiable information to third parties except as provided herein. We may disclose any information, including personally identifiable information, we deem necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. Through our Services, we may share certain personal information as well as information from other sources that we have collected with selected third-party advertising partners. These advertising partners may use this information (and similar information collected from other websites) for purposes of delivering targeted advertisements to you when you visit non-CITYROW related websites within their networks. We may allow access to other data that we collect to facilitate transmittal of information that may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest to you. If you wish to make changes to your personal information related to your CITYROW™ account, you can log in, go to "Your Account" and modify the information shown.
OPT-OUT FROM COMMUNICATION
If you wish to make changes to the types of communications you receive from us (which may include but are not limited to email, SMS, and push notifications), or if you prefer to discontinue receiving information from us, you may opt-out by clicking an opt-out link or following the instructions provided in communications to you.

We take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard encryption techniques when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our website. While CITYROW makes every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that these security measures will prevent third-parties from illegally obtaining this information. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
By using the Services or providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your use of the Services.
