We stream videos to your device similar to how YouTube and other video streaming services do. Based on your connection strength, we stream higher and lower resolution videos to your device to match. With a solid internet connection, you shouldn't have any issues.

Please note that the CityRow Connect Tablet is not compatible with WiFi 6 or self-organizing networks. We recommend contacting your internet service provider to see if your router is running these settings.
