Yes- you can add household profiles to your CityRow Connect Tablet under one active subscription. Here's how:

  1. First, login to your CityRow Connect Tablet using an account with an active CityRow subscription. This will make you the "Account Owner" on your Connect Tablet.

    1. If you don't have an active subscription, head to our website to get started.

    2. If a user without an active subscription is listed as the "Account Owner", please issue a factory reset of your tablet using the instructions in this article: How do I reset my CityRow Connect Tablet?

  2. Once the Account Owner is set, open the main menu by selecting the greeting in the bottom left corner of the homepage. Scroll down and select "Log Out Profile"

  3. On the Profile Page, select "Add User".

  4. Login to your household member's existing account, or create a new account.
