If you're having trouble connecting your WiFi to your CityRow Connect tablet, we recommend checking your router/internet network settings to ensure that they are set to the following:

  • Network protocol 2.4Ghz: b/g/n or if it's 5Ghz: a/n/ac.

  • Network channel 2.4Ghz to channel 6 and 5ghz to channel 161.

  • Network security is WPA2-PSK (AES) only.

Note: If you do not know how to access and change the network settings, please contact your Internet Service Provider. Alternatively, try a Google Search like "change [name of your router] network configurations".

Please note that changing your network settings to the above will not alter your other device's access to your WiFi network. These settings will ensure your CityRow Connect tablet is able to run as efficiently as possible!

If you're still having trouble after updating these network settings, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at go@cityrow.com.
