If you would like to permanently delete your CityRow App account on your Android device, please follow the instructions below:
Open the CityRow App and Login into your CityRow account using your email and password
Go to your profile section by selecting your avatar
Scroll down and select “Delete account” in the bottom right section of the menu
Confirm the account deletion
This action will immediately stop payment on your subscription and delete all of your workout and personal data.
NOTE: Account deletion cannot be reversed. You will lose all of your historical rowing data permanently; these cannot be recovered. If you'd prefer to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges and keep your rowing data, please unsubscribe by logging into your account on our website: https://cityrow.com/en-us/login
