How do I reset my CityRow Connect Tablet?

Experiencing issues with your CityRow Connect Tablet? Trying to change the Account Owner? Want to be sure you have received all updates? A factory reset should do the trick!

Please follow the instructions below to complete:

  1. With the touchscreen OFF, press the power button for 1 SECOND and right after that, press the the VOLUME + button (keep it pressed)

  2. You’ll see on the screen a small menu with options, and you’ll need to select “Recovery mode”. Navigate the options with VOLUME +. Confirm with the VOLUME -

  3. On the RECOVERY SCREEN, navigate with the VOLUME +/- buttons, and select “Wipe data / Factory reset”. Confirm with the POWER button. Confirm once again.

  4. Select “Reboot system now” with the power button

Please note: your rowing data is stored safely under your login, so no worries about losing it!
