My stats are not showing up when I row. What do I do?

Below are directions to adjust your sensor disk to get your stats to register when you row.

We're sorry to hear your stats are not showing up! This can usually be solved with a quick sensor disk adjustment.

Please see check out THIS VIDEO to see the sensor disk adjustment process.

To adjust your sensor disk:

  • Locate the sensor disk; this is the thin plastic disk above the clutch (which your handle strap is wrapped around)

  • Using a flat edged object like a butter knife, gently lift and wiggle the sensor disk in an upward motion toward the top deck. It is helpful to do this from both the left side and the right side of the tank.

  • Once this is complete, please attempt to row once more at a regular pace (not too slow).
