We recommend having a mat nearby for any “off-the-rower” exercises movements. Our instructors suggest using weights in some classes, we recommend having a light, medium and heavy set of weights on hand.
There are also plenty of class offerings that only require a rower and a mat! To filter, open the CityRow App, tap “Classes” and then select the filter icon on the top right corner of the screen. Finally, select “No Weights,” and then you’re ready to row!
