Yes! We only require one subscription per household, so no worries about paying for multiple CityRow subscriptions.
If you have a CityRow Connect Tablet, you can create multiple profiles by following the steps below:
--> please be sure you are logged into your Connect tablet using your account with an active subscription (the one you used at checkout)
--> on the home screen of your account, select the menu on the left hand side and scroll all the way to the bottom to select "Log Out"
--> this will take you to the profile page. Here you can add any additional profiles for your household members. All added profiles will be attached to your subscription.
--> please be sure your account is listed as the "Account Owner"
If you are using the CityRow App on your smartphone or tablet:
Our team would be happy to set your household members up with separate CityRow accounts under your subscription. Please send a note to our team at go@cityrow.com with the following information:
the email address linked to your active CityRow subscription
the names + email addresses those in your household
