Absolutely! Concept2's with updated PM5* monitors can connect to the CityRow App via Bluetooth. If your Concept2 does not have an updated PM5 monitor, you can still enjoy the CityRow App! You will simply be prompted to enter the most important data, like your total meters and best split time, at the end of each class.

​*The PM5 must be running hardware with 3 digit firmware. For instructions on how to check this on your PM5 monitor, please visit Concept2's website.

Before you connect: Be sure your Equipment Information is up-to-date under your Profile; if PM5 is not listed as your monitor, you will not be prompted to connect. Bluetooth permissions must be enabled for the CityRow App in your device settings. Please do not connect your PM5 directly to your device via the settings.

​How to connect:

  1. Open the CityRow App and select the workout you'd like to begin

  2. Turn on your PM5 monitor by pressing the Menu button

  3. Select Connect from the menu

  4. Select your PM5 monitor from the CityRow App
