If you have a WaterRower with an updated S4 monitor, you can connect directly to the CityRow App using the ComModule attachment. The ComModule attachment equips your WaterRower with Bluetooth so you can seamlessly connect to the CityRow App to view and record your rowing stats in real-time. Track total meters, average split time, best split time, power (measured in watts) and intensity (a percentage calculated using your average performance) to motivate you to row further and go further each workout. There is not currently a way for non-S4 WaterRower's to connect directly to the CityRow App, but you can still enjoy unlimited classes and track your progress over-time by entering the most important stats (total meters, best split time) manually at the end of each workout! These stats can be read directly from your WaterRower's built-in monitor.
